Family Services Ottawa needed a more engaging and accessible digital presence that better reflected the warmth, support, and breadth of their programs while improving usability for a wide range of users.
Solution
I redesigned the website with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and emotional approachability, using a more vibrant visual system to help humanize the organization and make key services easier to navigate. I wanted to design a calmer user experience to support visitors often seeking help under sensitive circumstances. I also extended the refreshed visual direction into social media campaigns and motion ads.
