Challenge
The FLSC user portal needed to support a diverse group of legal professionals accessing regulatory tools, documentation, and account-based resources, while ensuring the experience remained secure, intuitive, and easy to navigate despite the complexity of the information.
Solution
I designed a streamlined portal experience focused on reducing friction and supporting task completion. Information architecture was structured around user goals rather than organizational structure, allowing users to quickly access key tools and resources. Design decisions prioritized clarity, consistency, and progressive disclosure to prevent cognitive overload while still accommodating detailed regulatory content.
